Terms of Service for Storage Word Condominium Association

By accessing the Storage World Condominium Association of Medina (“SWCA”) member portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: Access is restricted to current owners and authorized tenants of SWCA.

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to notify the Board immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Communication Agreement: You acknowledge that digital communication (Email and SMS) is a primary method for receiving official association notices. You consent to receive these notices at the contact points provided.

• SMS Terms: * Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

• We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

• You may opt-out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, but you acknowledge this may delay your receipt of urgent facility alerts.

• Prohibited Use: You may not use the member directory or any portal content for commercial solicitation, "spamming" other members, or any illegal activities.

• Termination: The Association reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for individuals who are no longer members in good standing or who violate these terms.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
