Annual Meeting 2026
The annual meeting for all SWCA unit owners will be held at the Sharon Township Hall on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 7:00pm. The building is located at the intersection of SR162 and SR94 in Sharon Township. Click on the map for directions.
The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
Meeting will be called to order by the SWCA President and he will declare if a quorum has been achieved.
Proof of notice of the meeting.
Review the minutes of the 2025 annual meeting by the SWCA Secretary.
SWCA Treasurer will review the 2027 budget and current financial statements.
Presidents report.
Appointment of election inspectors.
Election
Old business, if any.
New business, if any.
Adjournment.
The proxy form, mail-in nomination form, and a certificate of voting authorization for units that are corporate owned are below. The proxy and certificate of voting authorization are linked below. These can be completed online or printed and mailed in.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, it is extremely important that you sign and return the proxy so that we can achieve a quorum. Our by-laws require that 25% of the units (85 units) be represented in person or by proxy to achieve a quorum and have an official meeting.
Nominations for Board positions will be accepted from the floor or by way of the mail-in nomination form. All proxy’s, corporate authorizations to vote, or nomination forms can be filled out online at swcamedina.org, mailed to SWCA at P.O. Box 1902, Medina, OH 44258, or e-mailed to bills@swcamedina.org.
All forms must be received by September 28, 2026.
We encourage your attendance at the meeting so you can hear about all of the accomplishments at the complex in the last year. Your Board has worked very hard on behalf of every unit owner to manage, protect, and improve the property. As always, we will take the time to answer questions, take suggestions, or address any concerns. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to any Board member.
